This navy blue tutu skirt is made of tulle couture. A thin belt holds together the molded volume on the level of the wait ending with an invisible zipper on the middle back. The hem of the skirt has sides which are shorter than the front and back. The abundance of fabric gives a fluffiness effect to the skirt, which creates intense levels of volume and flows with the movement of the body.
